User Data Deletion Instructions

At Aghosh HealthTech Solutions, we respect your right to privacy and give you full autonomy over the personal data collected through our healthcare applications, appointment widgets, and WhatsApp messaging integrations.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data, appointment booking records, or clinic integration credentials from our systems, you can initiate a deletion request through any of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

1. Send an email to our designated Data Protection Officer at: [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request - Meta / WhatsApp.
3. In the body of the email, include:
   • Your full name
   • Your registered phone number (used for WhatsApp booking or clinic notifications)
   • The name of the clinic/doctor you booked with (if applicable)
4. Our technical team will process your request, permanently purge your data from our database and temporary cache, and send you a confirmation within 48 to 72 business hours.

Method 2: Remove App via Facebook / Meta Settings

If you authorized our application using Facebook Login for Business:

1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Apps and Websites.
3. Find Aghosh HealthTech Solutions (or your clinic's connected app).
4. Click Remove to revoke all access tokens.
5. Optionally, click on “View Removed Apps and Websites” and select “Send Request” to notify our servers to purge all associated historical data.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we permanently delete:

• Patient name, phone number, and email address stored in our appointment logs.
• Temporary WhatsApp message payloads, Google Meet conference metadata, and pre-consultation intake notes.
• OAuth access tokens, WABA IDs, and webhook connection configurations (for clinic administrators).

Exceptions

Please note that medical records and prescriptions stored directly on the doctor's private medical charts or clinical EMRs are subject to statutory healthcare record retention laws in India and must be managed directly with the consulting physician.
